ALT CEO
Klynton Wanganeen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Aboriginal Lands Trust (ALT).
Wanganeen joins ALT from the Narungga Aboriginal Corporation where he was Chief Executive Officer.
He was appointed as the inaugural Commissioner for Aboriginal Engagement with the Department of Premier and Cabinet in 2008 and is the former South Australian Zone Commissioner for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission.
Wanganeen has also served as the state-wide Program Leader of Aboriginal Education at TAFE SA and as TAFE's General Manager of the Aboriginal Access Centre.
Safe choice for CE
Natalie Pelham has been appointed Chief Executive of the Office of the National Safety Regulator (ONRSR).
Pelham joins ONRSR from New South Wales’ Office of Transport Safety Investigations where she has been Chief Investigator and Chief Executive since January 2021.
She is the former Executive Director of Safety, Policy and Regulation for the Independent Transport Safety Regulation (2004 to 2010) and spent four years with Transport for NSW where she was Director of Transport Policy and Reform (2010 to 2011) and General Manager of National Strategic Review and Priority Initiatives (2011 to 2014).
Argonaut movements
Mineral exploration and development company Argonaut Resources NL appointed Simon Mitchell and Richard Willson as Non-Executive Directors following the retirement of Patrick Elliott as Non-Executive Chair and Andrew Bursill as Non-Executive Director.
Mitchell is a Non-Executive Director of Mount Ridley Mines Ltd and an independent consultant for several uranium companies in North America.
He is the former Managing Director of Argonaut's majority-owned subsidiary Orpheus Minerals Limited and was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Southern Gold Limited from 2015 to 2021.
Willson has more than 20 years of experience as a Non-Executive Director, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer in the mining and agricultural sectors.
He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees for Titomic Limited and Clara Resources Australia Limited.
Additionally, Argonaut's Executive Director Mick Billing will take on the role of Executive Chairman.
Billing joined the mineral company in 2021 with more than four decades of experience in mining and agri-business.
He is the former Director of Southern Gold Limited (2004 to 2018) and served as Executive Chairman of Thor Mining PLC from 2008 to 2021.
Finishing up with ACE
After five years with the visual arts organisation, Patrice Sharkey is stepping down from her role as Artistic Director of Adelaide Contemporary Experimental (ACE) to pursue a new role in Victoria.
Sharkey has been appointed Head of Exhibitions and Public Programs at TarraWarra Museum of Art.
She began her arts career in Victoria, holding roles as Gallery Assistant for Sutton Gallery (2011 to 2014) and Assistant Curator for Monash University Museum of Art (2011 to 2015) before taking on the role of Director for West Space from 2015 to 2018.

Board Member for one of South Australia’s largest credit unions, Credit Union SA – bringing expertise in modern banking, ESG, and/or Cyber and Digital to a highly credible skills based board.
TiCSA's new talent
Siggi Frede has been elected Chair of the Board of the Tourism Industry Council SA (TiCSA).
Frede first joined the TiCSA Board in 2018 as Chair of the Business Development and Finance Committee and Treasurer.
She is the Chief Executive Officer of the boutique strategic tourism consultancy Effektiver and is a Lecturer at the International College of Hotel Management.
She has formerly held roles with the South Australian Tourism Commission as Regional Manager of Central Europe and as International Operations Manager.
Frede takes the reins from outgoing Chair Eoin Loftus whose term ends after nine years on the board and six years as Chair.
Loftus is the former Chief Executive Officer of Majestic Hotels where he was employed for almost three decades and is a Board Member of Zoos South Australia.
Partnering up
Boutique corporate advisory firm Chatham Capital has appointed two new Partners.
Patrick Arnfield joined the advisory as a Principal in January 2023 from his role as Consultant for the finance service MAC Advisory.
He formerly worked for Deloitte as Senior Analyst (2011 to 2015), Manager of Transaction Services (2018 to 2020) and Associate Director (2020 to 2022).
Joining Chatham as a Partner is Matthew Molyneux who recently relocated to South Australia from the United Kingdom.
Matthew is a Chartered Accountant who has spent most of his career advising and investing in the private equity industry in the UK.
He has worked for companies such as PKF, BDO and Mercia Asset Management.
Taking a seat at ACH
Imelda Lynch has been appointed Chair of the aged care provider ACH Group's board as current Chair Mary Patetsos steps down after more than 15 years.
Lynch is a registered nurse and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Macular Disease Foundation Australia and the national not-for-profit scientific and ethical reviewer of human resource projects Bellberry Limited.
She is a Member of the Australian Medical Research Advisory Board for the Australian Department of Health.
Lynch is the former Chief Executive Officer of Heart Foundation South Australia and Bellberry Limited.
She is also Captain of Glenelg Golf Club and serves on the Board of Directors for Adelaide Football Club.
Back to school
Pembroke School appointed Caroline Kelly as Director of Marketing, Communications and Engagement.
Kelly is a former Journalist who began her career as a Cadet with the ABC before joining the Seven Network in 2004 where she worked for over a decade in roles as a Reporter, News and Script Editor and Deputy News Director.
In 2016, she joined the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure as Manager of Media, Engagement and Communications before taking a role as Director of Communications with St Peter's Girls' School.
She is currently an Academic Tutor in Public Relations at the University of South Australia.
