Consultancy was formed in 2021 with the sole mission of transforming lived experiences for First Nation communities by interweaving genuine reconciliatory practices into corporate and community settings. The 39-year-old’s company is focused on giving back to the community, and has done so through gifting local Aboriginal individual sporting sponsorships, which have positively contributed to supporting future Aboriginal generations.

Having started his first company from his dining room table, the 37-year-old is now the owner and managing director of a manufacturing group that employs 17 staff across Australia. The group offers specialist manufacturing finishing to a vast range of industries nationally and overseas and reports a yearly revenue of more than $7 million. “I love nothing more than employing enthusiastic people and offering opportunities outside of the box for individuals to progress and develop,” he said.
