EGM Partners Executive Search and Recruitment: Founder

Johnson founded EGM in his dining room in 2016, and since then he has built two companies and helped over 1000 people find their dream role. The 38-year-old’s life mission is to help build better companies, inspire people to be the best versions of themselves inside and outside of work, and realize their career dreams. “We exist to help organizations find the perfect person and play a role in helping people realize their career dreams,” he said.

Favourite wine/winery of the last 12 months and why? Moorooroo Park (try saying that after a few). Shiraz is unreal and the Barossa stone cottage is just… wholesome.

URPS: Managing Director

As the managing director at the largest planning consultancy in South Australia, King leads a growing team of over 30 staff and has helped South Australian developments such as The Royal Adelaide Hospital and the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute get off the ground. “These are job-creating, city-shaping, world-class landmarks that impact thousands of lives every single day – because of my team’s passion, ability and commitment to navigating complex planning laws, approvals processes and community engagement,” he said.

Adelaide’s best kept secret?? Sonny’s Pizza on OG Road at Klemzig – best gluten-free pizzas and I’m not even a gluten-free person.

Nik&Co. Consultancy: Director/Founder

Nik&Co. Consultancy was formed in 2021 with the sole mission of transforming lived experiences for First Nation communities by interweaving genuine reconciliatory practices into corporate and community settings. The 39-year-old’s company is focused on giving back to the community, and has done so through gifting local Aboriginal individual sporting sponsorships, which have positively contributed to supporting future Aboriginal generations.

Best piece of advice you’ve been given? If you get nervous before risk taking your passions, you’re doing what you’re meant to be doing!

Robert Statham

Bespoke Manufacturing Group: Owner / Managing Director

Having started his first company from his dining room table, the 37-year-old is now the owner and managing director of a manufacturing group that employs 17 staff across Australia. The group offers specialist manufacturing finishing to a vast range of industries nationally and overseas and reports a yearly revenue of more than $7 million. “I love nothing more than employing enthusiastic people and offering opportunities outside of the box for individuals to progress and develop,” he said.
