David Wild

Specialised Assistance School for Youth (SASY) Chief Executive

With SASY, Wild has helped disengaged students reignite their schooling through holistic learning. Since David joined, SASY has developed into a $10 Million organisation with over 200 students, of which 92 per cent have since gone into work or further studies. “I feel like I’m making a positive difference for the state, challenging conventional thinking,” Wild states.

Adelaide Fringe, Executive Director – Audience

Huisman has worked on nine Fringe Festivals and led the marketing campaign and digital teams this year to deliver Australia’s first festival to reach a million tickets. “With an insatiable curiosity and passion for knowledge and a real desire to improve outcomes for all of the stakeholders with which I work, I have found myself leading an enormous team at the country’s biggest arts festival,” she says.

Adelaide’s best kept secret? Adelaide Fringe!!!!! Our audience is made up of nearly 85% South Australians, so we’ve not really been discovered yet!

Off-Grid Energy Australia Pty Ltd, Co-Founder

Driscoll has helped the South Australian company to be Australia’s largest to specialise in off-the-grid power systems. She hopes to pave the way for women in the male-dominated renewable energy industry. “I want my company to help women, by employing more of them in many and varied roles,” she says.

Favourite winery? Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard in Lenswood. I went there for my last birthday, the degustation is to die for and the wines are way too delicious.

Capstone Construction, Director

With a passion for carpentry, Graham founded Capstone Construction in 2018 with a mission to make all their projects sustainable. “We only source sustainable materials (where possible), all the timber we buy is PEFC rated to ensure we are sourcing timber that has been forested from areas with a focus on sustainable forest management,” he says.
