Adelaide TV executive’s big promotion
A long-serving Network 10 Adelaide manager has been appointed general manager and sales director of Paramount’s Adelaide operations.

Paramount Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) today announced the appointment of Cameron Mudge to the newly combined role of General Manager and Sales Director Adelaide.
The appointment comes just months after an international restructure saw media veteran Frank Filosi made redundant as General Manager of the local TV station and Paramount’s vice president of operations and facilities Australia and New Zealand.

Mudge has been with Network 10 since 2009, when he started as the group sales manager. He has led the local sales team since 2015.
Jarrod Villani, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Commercial Officer, Paramount ANZ, said the new executive appointment will see Mudge responsible for managing operations of the Adelaide market, while continuing to oversee and lead Adelaide’s commercial activity and client portfolios across Paramount’s suite of brands including Network 10, 10 Play, Paramount+ and subscription channels.
“Cameron is an integral part of our Paramount ANZ business and is an esteemed professional who possesses the experience and talent, and along with his commitment over the past 14 years – ensures he is the right person to lead the Adelaide team forward,” Villani said.
Network 10 went into administration in 2017 before it was bought by international media company CBS Corporation, which subsequently merged with Viacom and rebranded as Paramount Global.
Prior to joining Paramount ANZ, Mudge worked in radio sales for almost 10 years holding positions at Nova Entertainment and Southern Cross Austereo.
Mudge has an MBA from the University of Adelaide and is an alumnus of the University of South Australia. He also serves on the board of The Epilepsy Centre.

Mudge will begin his new role next week.
