Calls for tougher Ombudsman powers over Moran misconduct

Controversial Adelaide City councillor Anne Moran has refused to publicly apologise for committing misconduct, despite being ordered to do so by her fellow councillors – who are also appealing to the State Government to beef up the Ombudsman’s powers when members “flout the law with impunity”.
