UPDATED | A parliamentary inquiry is set to report that Attorney-General Vickie Chapman had a conflict of interest, misled parliament and breached the ministerial code of conduct in relation to her decision to veto a $40 million timber port on her native Kangaroo Island, as the state Ombudsman today said he expected the matter to be referred to his office.
