November deadline or Gillman deal drops dead

The Weatherill Government has conceded it never had any guarantee that an oil and gas hub would be built on the Gillman land it controversially sold off to consortium Adelaide Capital Partners, as it today revealed the deal would collapse if it didn’t receive an initial payment by November.
