Sixteen properties were sold at or before auction in the week to Saturday, according to data prepared for Domain by APM Property Data.

The 67 per cent clearance rate resulted in sales worth more than $8 million, for a median sale price of $671,000.

The top price achieved was $1.3 million for a four-bedroom house in Cremorne Street, Malvern.
