Captain Steve Smith, vice-captain David Warner and young opening batsman Cameron Bancroft are heading home to Australia in disgrace following a ball tampering scandal that has placed their careers in jeopardy.

As for Lehmann, Cricket Australia has declared that he wasn’t involved and will remain as coach – at least in the immediate future.
