Commenting on the story: Richardson: Who’s in charge here? The good cop, the bad cop… or the cop?

As the owner of a food and wine tourism business, we are suffering from increasing – not decreasing – cancellations due to the vague and ever changing policies surrounding Covid.

This month alone we have lost all but two bookings due to the confusion. After two years of near zero income, the lack of clarity is staggering. This lack of certainty just shows how out of touch the politicians and very well paid public servants are with the issues facing small business. – Michael Errey

Tom Richardson is the only journalist in SA worth reading when it comes to local COVID matters. The information on the SA Health web pages is so badly organised, so badly explained, and so often out of date. Happy to point out some of the errors if they can be bothered to ring me, but of course they won’t.

Took them six days to contact me about my close encounter at Parlamento, by which time I had already had a couple of tests. People I know are deciding not to travel because they don’t want the hassle of getting into the state, whether on departure or return. Great for business confidence.

If there is a strategy for COVID going forward, I am yet to understand it. – Michael Galvin

Commenting on the story: Giving a voice to cancer survivors

Thank you for sharing the news and story of Head and Neck Cancer Australia’s Choir.

I am one of the participants and had surgeries for oral cancer. The more we share awareness through media the more others will know about it. -Denyse Whelan
