Stamford launches feel-good Belgian Chocolate High Tea

Stamford’s new Belgian Chocolate High Tea offers diners a tasty experience from ethically sourced products.

Stamford Plaza Adelaide’s Executive Chef, Felix Holfter, went on the hunt for a new, high-quality chocolate to incorporate into Stamford’s high tea menu.

After rigorous taste testing, Holfter decided to collaborate with ethically focused Veliche Chocolate and is confident the bean-to-kitchen journey and final product is worth every penny.

Made in Belgium, Veliche Chocolate has a superbly smooth taste and its cocoa ingredients are sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms. This certification guarantees that no forests are cut down and helps cocoa farmers to preserve natural resources while making a livelihood with effective planning and farm management systems.

Veliche uses 100% natural vanilla and 100% pure cocoa butter. They also have a no palm oil commitment.

The Belgian Chocolate High Tea is launching on Sunday the 16th of June and will be served every Sunday in Stamford Plaza Adelaide’s stunning Crystal Room from 2-4pm.

Stamford is also serving up a new season of exciting, themed High Tea events for every taste.

On Sunday the 14th of July, you can delight in a wild In the Jungle High Tea menu featuring an assortment of tropical-themed savoury bites and sweets. Soak up the jungle ambience while you sip on an Amazon Sunrise cocktail or Mango Mojito.

On Sunday 6th of October you can escape down the rabbit hole at the Mad Hatter’s High Tea. Join the Mad Hatter’s table for an indulgent afternoon featuring an array of scrumptious treats and a themed cocktail on arrival, all approved by the Queen of Hearts herself.
