Record your election question and send it to us.

Record your election question and send it to us.

Each week, we’ll be examining the campaign from all angles including the policies, the politics, and the intersection between political power and the media that always colours these contests.

We want our readers’ voices to be heard in the podcast, rather than just using it as another avenue for insider voices. This election should be about our collective future, not just a game played by the political class.

To get involved, record a brief question, observation or experience with the campaign on the voice memo app on your smartphone or another device, and email it to: [email protected]

Please use the subject header – InDaily election podcast – and include your name, suburb or town, and a contact number so we can verify your details.

Your question could be about the parties’ policies (or lack thereof), a functional question about how the election or the parties work, a reflection on the media’s coverage of the campaign (including our own), issues that you feel are being ignored or under-reported, how your local community is responding to candidates, your experience with the grassroots campaign or anything else. The topic is up to you.

If you’re audio shy, you can simply email us your question or comment, but please also include your details.

We’ll use as many of your contributions as we can.

Watch out for “The Unwinnable Election” in the coming weeks.
