Search begins for SA’s top 100 companies

InDaily’s annual South Australian Business Index – which ranks the state’s top 100 companies – is open for nominations.

Jul 05, 2018, updated Aug 29, 2019

Now in its fourth year, the Index has become the definitive ranking of South Australia’s top businesses.

To be included in the Index, companies must have their head office in South Australia, with an Adelaide share registry, or be operated, founded and majority-owned by South Australians. Qualifying companies cannot be government-run, agencies of government, or a registered charity.

The list is based on research by Adelaide financial services firm Taylor Collison and is presented by InDaily in partnership with Taylor Collison, HLB Mann Judd and People’s Choice Credit Union.

Nominations will close on August 31, with the top 100 to be revealed at the annual SA Business Index lunch, to be held this year at the Adelaide Convention Centre on September 20.

Premier Steven Marshall, who was elected in March on a platform of growing the South Australian economy, will be the keynote speaker.

Tickets are on sale now.
