InDaily has appointed experienced business and rural affairs reporter Belinda Willis as a senior journalist.

In more than 30 years in journalism, Willis has reported on a huge gamut of issues, from ultra-local news to the biggest issues facing Australia, such as the future of the Murray-Darling basin.

After beginning her career with Messenger newspapers in Adelaide, she has reported for newspapers in the UK, managed the central BBC press office in London, and has been a senior business journalist, opinion editor and rural editor with The Advertiser.

In recent years, she has worked as a freelance journalist, including reporting for titles published by Solstice Media – publisher of InDaily – such as SALIFE and The Lead.
