This year’s theme is ‘Joys of the Fleurieu’ which celebrates and showcases the characters, the life and the passions of the region and visitors will be able to sample the best of regional produce in a fun cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Based at the Kangarilla Rd McLaren Vale Oval this wonderful family event has range of activities to keep everyone amused and entertained including children’s face painting and craft, to pizza making and pony rides.
For adults there is the chance to see cooking demonstrations and join in cheese, olive oil, beer and of course wine master classes. Adelaide favourite, Cheong Liew will be coming along to demonstrate a dish celebrating the local produce.
The day officially starts at 10.30am with the children’s parade and Blessing of the Harvest and extends into the evening with a great line-up of bands performing in an open air concert to ensure a weekend to remember.
