Who funds InReview?

Donors support InReview because they believe that independent and professional criticism is crucial to a thriving arts sector.

The reviews and commentary we publish aren’t edited or vetted by our funding supporters – so the journalism and reviews here remain independent.

Some of our backers are supporting particular projects. The Helpmann Academy, for example, is supporting us by funding a mentorship project which will connect experienced reviewers with writers new to the form.

Key funders of this project so far include:

We are looking for more supporters – including individuals – to make this project a sustainable, long-term contributor to South Australian arts and culture.

Solstice has formed a separate organisation to run the project – the Australian Reviewers and Critics Fund – which can receive tax-deductible donations from individuals and organisations via the Australian Cultural Fund.
