Walk the Yorke, constructed by the Yorke Peninsula Council with the help of state and federal government funding, links a collection of existing coastal walking trails.

Completed just in time for the summer holidays, it features new gravelled sections of path, trail markers, bench seats, signage, shelters with water tanks and picnic settings.

The council says visitors can choose from short walks of up to 90 minutes, day walks, multi-day walks and cycle options, with the trail taking in secluded coves, lighthouses, rugged cliffs and seaside towns.
