Warm spring weather and the start of daylight saving encourages visions of long, languid afternoon and evenings sipping cool cocktails in the open air.
Shaken, not stirred, this deliciously fruity Spiced Black Raspberry Martini recipe is from The Collins Bar in Victoria Square.
Ingredients
30ml Grand Marnier
15ml Chambord
30ml cranberry juice
25ml strawberry puree
Dash of sugar
Dash of spice syrup
Ice
Basil leaves for garnish
Method
Take a cocktail shaker; add all ingredients except ice and basil leaves.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake
Double strain into a pre-chilled coupet glass
Garnish with basil
