Jeremy Spencer, best known as co-founder of The West Winds gin, and two mates have taken matters into their own hands.

Australia’s craft cocktail movement has become well-entrenched in the years since Jez Spencer helped found one of our earliest gin distilleries – The West Winds. But it’s still near on impossible to get a “good bloody drink” if you’re in a hotel room or on an aeroplane.
