Dr William Thomas Angove began distilling in South Australia in 1886 – well over a century before the cocktail and spirits boom we’re experiencing today.
Five generations later, Richard Angove is running the St Agnes distillery alongside his sister Victoria.
Richard sat down with Nicole Haack and Marcus Motteram in the Solstice Podcasting studio to discuss how their brandies are stacking up against the world’s best Cognacs, and why they have decided to increase production by around 20 per cent.
