American writer Tyler Zielinski left his career in advertising when his cocktail blog, Bon Vivantito, shot to fame in 2018.

Now, at just 26 years old, he has appeared as a “beverage expert” in publications such as Liquor.com, PUNCH and Bloomberg.

Tyler joins Nicole from London to discuss what he’s been writing about, such as stumbling across a little-known carbonation technique, and how bars are becoming more profitable by pre-diluting cocktails.
