Mark Livings is on the Living Proof podcast to discuss how his Aussie startup is showing the world what the non-alcoholic spirits category is capable of, at a time when younger people are drinking less and more are choosing not to drink at all.
It was a background in food & beverage marketing and technology that helped Mark Livings see the growing demand for non-alcoholic spirits in 2016. Back then, hardly any of the zero-ABV products on the market tasted anything like their alcoholic counterparts.
