The THREESIXTY Business Coaching program builds on Business SA’s small business track record with the highly successful South Australian Young Entrepreneur Scheme (SAYES) which has now assisted well over 600 young people to develop a business.

Now in its fourth year, the THREESIXTY Business Coaching program has delivered outstanding growth results for South Australian business.

Victoria McClurg from Barossa Valley Cheese Company, who has seen her business grow with the assistance she received from the THREESIXTY Business Coaching program, said: “The highlight of the program for us, was its ability to facilitate networking opportunities between like minded business. It was a chance to share and discuss challenges, ideas and create solutions amongst a progressive group of businesses.”

The program is designed for business owners, CEOs, or managing directors and only those in such a decision-making role will be accepted as a participant.

In a relaxed round table format, participants join a small group of fellow business leaders to discuss and learn how to grow and develop their business. Over the course of 10 months, an experienced business coach will facilitate the course of the program and discussion within the group.

David Entwistle, general manager of Rowater Australia who recently completed Business Coaching has seen substantial growth throughout his involvement in the program.

“We really covered all aspects of running a business from start-up to success, and all the challenges and problems that you will obviously find as you go through that process,” he said.

Business Coaching Program format

• 10 x 3hr monthly group coaching sessions delivered in class or via video conferencing
• Facilitated by an experienced Business Coach, that encourage round table networking
• Maximum of ten people per group who are at a similar business stage to you
• Boardroom business lunch with a successful South Australian upon completion.

To be eligible for entry to the program business owners must be:

• A local South Australian business
• An established business in operation for at least two continuous years
• Committed to improving and growing your business.
